How long will my order take?
Most of our pieces ARE MADE TO ORDER so please allow 7 – 21 business days for your order to be made and once complete it will be shipped out between 2-3 days.
*** So bare in mind the maximum days before you receive your order will be estimated at 24 days.***
If your order is in stock it will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
In special cases, it will be stated whether your package will be shipped in a shorter or longer timeframe before you purchase.

Yes, they are.

Yes, we do. We ship with DHL.
How do I care for my clutch bag?
The Jolie Duzon printed clutch bags are made from 100% cotton.
Here are some ways you can ensure a long lifespan for your clutch bag.
- Gentle hand wash separately in cold water.
- Avoid strong detergents, hard spinning, and hot or industrial wash.
- Do not bleach.
- Drip dry – do not wring.
- Do not scrub.
- Iron on reverse.
- Store in a dry area
- Store in a dust-bag
Unfortunately we DO NOT offers Refunds, You can return the order for an exchange but it must be within and no later than 14 days of your delivery date (the date the receiver signs for the package). It can be exchanged for a different Size, Style or Color. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition it was given, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached.
The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. This includes the cost for returning the package to us and for the new order to be shipped to you. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. Upon receipt of returned goods, Jolie Duzon reserves the right to deny return if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
*Please note that we have a limited amount of each design, so in the event that you wish to change your item for a different product that is currently not in-stock you may have to wait between weeks for that item to be restocked.
*Jolie Duzon holds no responsibility for lost or stolen packages that are returned to us. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.
To initiate an exchange, you must first ship the package to the address below.
*Please include the commercial invoice and the same value you received with the package.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure to state that the package is a RETURN ITEM and that the country of origin manufactured is St. Maarten. (If this is not stated and there are duty charges for us to receive the return package the CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE CHARGES)
Once the package is shipped please send an email to email@example.com with the following information.
- Your order number.
- A copy/photo clearly showing the tracking number and the shipping/postal service that was used.
- State the reason for the return as well as the item/s along with the sizes you wish to Exchange the return for.
*IF YOU SHIP/POST YOUR ORDER ANY LATER THAN 14 DAYS AFTER YOUR DELIVERY DATE WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN AND WE WILL NOT HOLD ANY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE PACKAGE.
Once your returned package is received and inspected we will send an email to notify you if we have approved or rejected your return for an exchange. If your return is approved we will then go ahead and start processing your new order. Please note that if the item is not in stock it will be Made To Order and our processing time is 7 - 21 business days (Monday- Friday). Once the order is completed we will send you a Paypal invoice with the shipping cost depending on the destination and weight of the package. As soon as payment is made we will ship the order and send you an email with the tracking information.
